Returns Policy
All items come with a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Please do not remove any labels
until you are sure that you want to keep the garment(s).
When you receive your order and you are not satisfied, the item is faulty, it
doesn't fit or for any other reason we will give you a refund, minus the original
postage costs, subject to the following conditions :
FAULTY ITEMS
We are only human and on occasions mistakes are made, we never knowingly send
out faulty goods but if this does happen then we will rectify this for you as
soon as possible. Please follow the procedure below. We do reserve the right
to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe the garment(s) may
have been tampered with or have suffered unreasonable care.
UN-SUITABLE ITEMS
You must notify us of your return within 7 days of you receiving your order.
Please follow the procedure listed below. Items must be returned to us in exactly
the same condition as received by yourself - unmarked, unwashed, unworn and
without any strong odours and all tags intact. Goods will be returned at your
own cost, it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage, insure or record
the package, we will not be held responsible for lost packages.
If all the above conditions have been met then we will refund the total cost
within a maximum of 30 days of us receiving the goods. The refund will be made
to you in the form of payment you used to purchase your goods.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
1. Please email us at returns@characterkids.co.uk
giving details of your order number and the item or items that you are returning
and the reason.
2. We will give you a Returns Number which should be included
with your return package. Please also include your name, address, email and
phone number - the easiest way to do this is to include your original invoice
writing on the returns number.
3. Send your package, within 7 days of receiving the order
number, obtaining proof of postage. If items are not received within the stipulated
days then we will charge a relisting/administration fee as follows:-
Items returned within 7 days - full Refund
Items returned after 8-14 days - will incur a 25% relisting/administration fee
Items returned after 15 - 28 days - will incur a 50% relisting/administration
fee
Items returned after 28 days - no refund
4. Upon receipt of your parcel we will check the items as being
in the condition we have already stated above, we will then authorise a refund,
you will be kept informed of the progress.
The above conditions are not intended to affect your statutory rights, and
doesn't affect your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
