Delivery Information
Delivery unless otherwise requested in advance will be made by Royal Mail First Class post at a single price of £2.95.
All goods leave our premises in brand new condition with all original labelling and packaging. We do not resend seconds or returned goods to customers. All returns received by us are forwarded to our manufacturers for replacement.
Returns and refunds
MiniTown insist on complete Customer satisfaction. You may return any goods to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
If we have let you down in any way please do let us know so that we can investigate and solve any problems quickly.
All returns must be accompanied with a note of your Order Number so that we can correctly identify your purchase.
